I had a really solid experience with Unlimited Furniture Group. Compared to other furniture orders I’ve placed, where I basically had to chase people down for updates, they were much better about keeping me in the loop. After I ordered, they answered my questions quickly and gave me a clear idea of what was happening with the delivery. I didn’t feel like I was just waiting around guessing, which made the whole process a lot less stressful. I’d definitely order from them again.

I went into Unlimited Furniture Group expecting a much bigger selection than what I actually found. Maybe that’s on me for assuming the name meant tons of options, but once I started browsing, it felt limited.

A lot of the pieces started to look the same after a while, and the styles I was hoping to compare either weren’t there or only had one or two choices. I caught myself getting annoyed because I thought I’d have more to work with.
If you already know exactly what you want, it might be fine. But for me, just casually browsing and trying to see different looks, it was kind of disappointing.

I reached out when that thing came up, and customer service got back to me quickly. They answered what I asked, though I did have to follow up once to get everything clear. Overall, it was a good experience.

Customer service told me it had been processed, and I kind of expected to have to chase them, but the money was back on my card after a few days. It wasn’t instant, but it was quicker than some other stores I’ve dealt with. I’m giving 4 stars because the update emails could’ve been clearer.
